HH_22111 The house is located at a quiet street with a view across the King's park. Here one can enjoy piece and silence and yet it is only a few minutes to the beach, the seafront or to Phetchkasem Road.

The outer walls have been built by using HTI bricks, creating 25 cm walls with insulating layers and the dormers with aluminium fittings guarantee a constant air-flow under the roof. The base has been supported with 4 m concrete beams, driven into the ground. There are two underground septic tanks with 2.000 liters capacity each and an underground freshwater tank with 5.000 liters capacity, all set on 25 cm thick concrete bases, impossible to sink.

There is a photo documentation with more than 500 pictures, demonstrating the building process. Thus one can see the hidden details of construction and the high quality.


Approximately 2.0 Mil. Baht are required to finish the house on a same quality level. The open market value will be far above 12.0 Mil. Baht after finishing.

Owner and seller of the property is a construction company limited with a total of 27 licenses. Re-registration is included in the sales price.
