HH 22102 This stunning countryside mansion with fruit orchard and two ponds covers a total area of 20 Rai (32,000 sqm = 7.9 acres) and is located appr. 28 km to the west of Hua Hin, in a green valley surrounded by the Burmese mountain range and only a few minutes drive from the Hua Hin Vineyard. Small shops and restaurants, a 7/11 and a TESCO superstore are only a 10 minutes drive away.

 

Accessing the land through the main gate into a wide yard with lockable parking facilities to the left hand side, the main house sits right in the back from the yard and the second house to the left. The guesthouse and the gym are behind the main house across a wide area of laid lawn.

 

The main house is a large 2-storey building with outside staircase and consists of an ample sized, open living area with small, additional lounge, a storage room and a kitchen on the ground floor. Behind the guest house there is another building with roof top terrace, offering stunning views across the fruit orchard and the Burmese mounain range in the distance. This pavilion accomodates the pivate gym.

 

The buildings are all fully furnished except the second house's kitchen and living area and there is air-condition throughout each building.

 

The triangular shaped plot is accessibe from two sites and has governement street frontage to three sites. The buildings, the yard and the garden cover an area of appr. 2 Rai of the highest point of the whole lot. A huge lake sits to the left of the buildings, covering appr. another 2 Rai. The lower part to the rear of the land is partly planted with banana trees and other fruit plants and partly covered with a herbal garden, beans and an additional pond.
