HH 22075 The Villa is located at Sam Roi Yot National Park with its stunning tropical landscape, an up to 700 m high mountain range and those small uninhabited islands in the clear waters, where one can see groups of dolphins between October and February, which gave the place its name. There is a variety of different restaurants, smaller supermarkets and shops, schools, a petrol station, a small hospital and a 9-hole golf course nearby. The region offers a wide range of activities, such as water sports, cave treking or rock climbing. Dolphin Bay is 20 km from Pranburi and only a 35 minutes drive from Hua Hin.

The region's climate is considered to be an advantage, creating its own micro climate due to the protecting mountain range, giving lots of sunshine and only a few rain showers. THere is a constant breeze from the ocean.
 

The villa is a 3 bed pool villa on 1/3 of an acre plot (1,332 sqm) with superb views of Sam Roi Yot National Park mountains and only about 2-3 km from the beautiful Dolphin Bay beaches.

The Villa has total living space of 215 sqm and features an master bedroom including en-suite and dressing room, a study, a lounge and dining room with guest toilet with shower and fitted cupboards and a kitchen, fully fitted with western built-in furniture, dishwasher and washing machine.
