The villa is fully furnished with new furniture, which has been imported from Switzerland exept the living room furniture. The bed slats feature adjustable head sections and the mattresses are medium firm.

The property has been created disabled friendly and all rooms, including the bathroom are at grade with an inside slope into the shower. All floors throughout the villa and the terrace are tiled with slip-proofed ceramic tiles.

Pool and garden maintenance and all utility costs are included in the daily rental rate, as well as the villa cleaning twice a week according to prior agreement.
