HH 11003  Baan Hansa is the last of the High Rise buildings coming up on this coast. It is absolutely sea front and is built with the parking on the ground floor, a mezzanine floor with 2 One Bedroom Apartments and games room and the 1st floor actually starting from the 2nd floor level. Baan Hansa is located half way between Hua Hin and Cha Am on a pristine beach.

All the apartments are 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The sea front units ( only 2 on each floor ) have a semi circle balcony looking out to the ocean. The ones at the back ( only 2 on each floor ) all have excellent sea views from the sides from all the rooms. The ones at the back have a larger balcony looking out towards the mountains. There are only 4 units on each floor. Facilities at Baan Hansa include a sea front swimming pool, beautiful beach, saunas for men and women, fitness room and a reception office. Ample parking is available. Within 200 meters of Baan Hansa there are a lot of beach front restaurants.
The best part of the beach with neighbors like the Holiday Inn Regent Beach Resort to the South and the Veranda Resort & Spa and Springfield Beach Resort to the North, all within a few hundred meters.
