The holiday resort with 20 furnished and air-conditioned bungalows is located right on the beach of Sam Roi Yod National Park, appr. 35 km South of the well known sea side resort town Hua Hin and only 240 km South of Bangkok. It is been open and running for 10 years now. The transport connection, as well as the infrastructure is very well developed. Along the beach road there is luxury villas and hotels in close proximity.

 

The resort sits on a corner plot with 5,600 sqm total area, with direct access to the main road into the bay and to the beach. It features a main building with office space, reception desk, guest toilets, kitchen, storage facilities and an open restaurant facing the beach. Behind the restaurant there is the large swimming pool, completely renewed in 2011. The 20 existing bungalows are split in 2 rows, each with 5 buildings along side the pool. Each building consists of 2 units. Each unit is air-conditioned throughout, features a private bathroom with hot water shower and is furnished with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV and refrigerator. Each bungalow offers a terrace with pool view. All buildings have been renovated, newly decorated and furnished last year (2012). Facing the beach there is a beach bar area and right on the beach, embedded under palm trees there is sunbeds for the resort's customers.  In the back of the resort, towards the inland sits the large, locked parking space from where one can get to the bungalows, walking through a tropical garden.

 

The booking average is more than 70% over the year and most major online booking  portals offer this resort (e.g. Sawasdee, Agoda etc.). Additional income can be generated by the restaurant, the beach bar, kayak rental and the resort's shuttle service to and from Bangkok airport. Provided serious interest, book-keeping and revenue statements can be delivered.
