HH 52001 The Hotel / Bungalow Resort is located in the neighborhood of the Khaoyai National Park and only 7 km from Cha-Am beach, surrounded by nature and beautiful, lush green hills, offering stunning panoramic views! The commercial property sits on a 6.400 sqm plot and features 4 air-conditioned bungalows, a 2-storey main house, a park like garden and a large swimming pool.

The air-conditioned bungalows, which are spread across the garden with its old trees and with enough distance to each other, offering a bed- / livingroom and private bathroom each. All bungalows are built from solid stone and lined with wood.

The 2-storey main building with a total area of 286 sqm, also solid built and facing the main gate, offers 4 more guest rooms with private bathroom, an office and 2 storage rooms on the upper floor. The ground floor consists of an additional storage room, a laundry room, a kitchen, an internet room with guests library and the entrance with dining area and reception desk.

The swimming pool, with 12x6 meter fairly dimensioned, covers the view protected space behind the main house. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. The pool is surrounded by a terrace and sun deck, leading into the beautifully landscaped and well maintained garden. The bungalows are set towards the rear end of the garden with its old teakwood and mango trees, bananas and papayas, cashew nut trees and frangipani. Between the pool terrace and those bungalows there is an outdoor kitchen and the bar, containing the customers. Scattered through the garden are cosy corners with seats and wooden salas.

The resort has been finished in 2002 and was completely refurbished in 2007. All furniture is tailor made from rubber tree and included in the sales price. The resort is and will be an existing and running tourism business until the final sale. Training is offered by the current owner to a potential buyer. The price is an asking price and slightly negotiable. A deposit of 5% from the final sales price is required at date of contract signing. Partial payments can be considered.
